Info: We would like to present this nice property with an excellent location in the villa zone close to the pretty town of Aytos, only 28km away from beautiful sea city of Bourgas and 40 km away from Sunny Beach, the most visited Bulgarian summer resort.
The town of Aytos hosts the annual ‘Slaveevi Noshti’ (Nightingales’ Nights) Music Festival to celebrate both the rich traditional folk and contemporary singing, and especially of children’s. The venue of the festival is Slaveeva Reka Park, which is a favourite place for relaxation and it houses the Zoo with a wide variety of exotic animals. Few Bulgarian towns can boast of parks as huge and as diverse. Among the attractive landmarks and sights are the nature reserves Kazanite and Hissarya, Trite Bratya rock formation, St.Dimiter Orthodox Church, the Mosque, and the Bath. The remains of the glorious Aetos fortress are another popular tourist attraction as well as the Ethnographic Complex Genger built in the traditional architectural style. Visitors can see and buy fine pottery and other articles made skilfully by local craftsmen and artists or they can choose to try the specialties offered in numerous cafes, taverns and restaurants.
The property we offer is a nice semi-detached villa that has a total of 70 sq. m living area. The villa has a stone foundation and three floors. There is one room on the first floor, two rooms on the second floor and a one room on the third attic floor. The house is relatively well kept, there is a built-in oven and a fireplace.
