With its beautiful beaches, Byala is the center of a region famous for its traditions in grape-growing and wine-making. Favoured with its crystal blue sea, sandy beaches, and thriving wine industry, Byala is becoming a much sought after residential area.
Founded in the 3rd century, Byala has an interesting history. Remains of an ancient fortress can still be viewed and the historical white cliffs (hence the name Byala, “white”) that surround the secluded sandy beach, have been found to contain dinosaur remains. The northern beach is famous for its fine white sand and beautiful lagoons. The central beach is the most preferable one because it appeals to many tourists and has many restaurants, water-slides and other attractions. The yacht port is situated on the Southern beach and this is the only port in the vicinity. Many tourists who have visited Byala compare it to the French Riviera probably because it is located in a hilly area and opens wonderful views to the sea with unbelievable sunsets and sunrises.
On a land plot of 1200sq.m is set this house which has a corridor and four rooms. The toilet is in an outbuilding. The property is connected to electric and water mains, and the sewerage system. The road is asphalted. The house has two entrances. Being unoccupied for some time, the house needs some renovation and our teams of experienced builders are able to assist you with all your property needs.
