Info: This property is positioned in a nice village at the beginning of Sakar Mountain, only 29 km away from the town of Simeonograd. Sakar is one of the richest regions in Bulgaria in terms of endangered birds of prey populations. It is widely known for the wines produced in the area, but tobacco growing remains a leading occupation. The mountain offers good conditions for those who are keen on hunting. The region's most important administrative centre is the town of Topolovgrad in Haskovo Province.
The town of Simeonovgrad itself is set on both banks of the Maritsa River. Three bridges connect the town's two parts. Near Simeonovgrad lie the ruins of the Ancient Roman and Byzantine fortress of Constantia from the Late Antiquity (4th century AD), which developed into one of the large towns of Northern Thrace until the beginning of the 13th century.
The dominant religion is Eastern Orthodox Christianity. The town has two churches, the Church of the Most Holy Mother of God in the town centre and the Church of St. Nicholas the Thaumaturge in the Zlati dol quarter. Former name of it was "Seymen" which meaning "Brave Turk from Middle Anatolia".
This old house, needing major renovation, has the potential to become a very nice home as it has two floors making 75 sq. m of living area, nice external stairs and spacious verandah upstairs. At your disposal there are four rooms. The place is extremely suitable for relaxation during the weekends, away from the noise in the towns. Do not miss this offer, the price is really attractive!
